Conways Field & Court has created an environment where our team members are fully engaged, carry a high level of trust and confidence in each other, utilizing their diverse backgrounds and are committed to providing a robust program to enhance the lives of our children and their families within our communities.
Executive Director
I was born in Bethesda, Maryland and raised in Rockville, Maryland. After graduating in 1981 from Our Lady of Good Counsel High School in Wheaton, Maryland, I earned a Division I basketball scholarship to Saint Francis College in Loretto, Pennsylvania to continue my academic career and basketball journey.
I have enjoyed 25+ years in corporate environments focused on client services. Spent majority of my professional career assisting attorneys and their support teams in the Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia area providing document management services for their litigation teams for trial. Established a few terrific relationships over those years in an action packed landscape. I currently call Arlington, Virginia home, though I am certainly well-traveled throughout the DMV.
Currently the President of Collegiate Profiles whose firm assists student-athletes to explore and secure funding to play at the collegiate level while earning a college degree. I love to travel the various counties and watching local high school athletes compete in one of the most competitive regions for student-athletes in the United States.
Proud to be the Executive Director of Conways Field & Court where taking my business and life experiences will certainly help in developing an impressive program where our kids can create their own path to college and beyond. Our after-school program is focused on academics first mindset. In addition to our academic initiative we have also included nutrition, athletics, and family services to round out our portfolio. Our mission is to provide a program for our inner city youth to where they have the same resources and structure as any other neighborhood in the country and to lay the foundation in their early years to create a clearer path to college and or professional opportunities. From elementary to high school and beyond, a program that guides our kids and community to predictable outcomes.
